Order
When ordering, the customer undertakes that any and all information given is true and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the product.
The photos are referential and the product may suffer changes according to the availability of the articles that compose it.
After you have made your purchase you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted.
After billing confirmation, an email will be sent to confirm the sending of your order.
Special offers and promotions
Special offers may not be used along with any other promotion unless otherwise noted.
Payment
The customer can choose the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Bank transfer.
Paypal & Credit Card Payment
Paypal is a system that allows payment of 2 forms:
- Transfer money using an email address.
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
The data of the order and your card details will be sent, duly encrypted to the bank on the date of your order. After validation and communication from your bank, the order will be processed.
- Bank transfer
Your purchase will be properly processed and sent after good collection of it.
The proof must be sent to us in order to process the shipment of the order.
Return policy
Our return policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the product may not have been used and must be returned in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the return in the conditions indicated above, we will process your refund using the original payment method. The cost of sending the return is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
First order shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Products
All items sold are in perfect condition, however if you receive a defective item you should contact our customer service.
Incorrect Products
If you receive, exceptionally, an article that does not correspond to what you requested, you should contact our customer service departme
Items Sold out or temporarily unavailable
We may not be able to provide all products in case of out-of-stock or if for any reason it is discontinued.
If an article is sold out, we will try to make it available again as soon as possible.
