The present conditions aim to define the general conditions of sale, established between BebeW and the customer.

Order

When ordering, the customer undertakes that any and all information given is true and complete.

All orders are subject to product acceptance and availability.

The photos are referential and the product may undergo changes according to the availability of the articles that comprise it.,

After you have made your purchase an email will be sent to confirm that your order has been received and accepted.

An email will be sent to confirm the sending of your order, after good collection of the same.

 

Special offers and promotions

Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.

 

Payment

The customer can choose the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Payment on collection and Via bank transfer.

 

Paypal & Credit card payment

 

Paypal is a system that allows you to pay in 2 ways:

 

- Money transfer using an email address.

 

- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)

Your order and card details will be sent, duly encrypted, to the bank on the date of your order. After validation and communication from your bank, the order will be processed.

 

Bank transfer
Your purchase will be properly processed and sent after good collection.

The receipt must be sent to us in order to process the shipment of the order.

 

Payment on collection
Our carrier will accept payment when delivering your order, however only cash payments will be accepted.

 

Return policy

Our return policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the return under the conditions indicated above, we will process your refund using bank transfer. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The costs of the original shipment are non-refundable.

Defective Products

All items sold are in perfect condition, however, if you receive a defective item you should contact our customer service.

 

Incorrect Products

If you receive, exceptionally, an item that does not correspond to what you ordered, you should contact our customer service department.

 

Out of stock or temporarily unavailable

We may not be able to supply all products in the event of a temporary rupture or if for some reason it is discontinued.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to make it available again as soon as possible.
